Pros

I like the stability and benefits. There are some great managers and some flexibility to work with. Employees are cared for.

Cons

Employees are too replaceable. Even though you have been there for over ten years you can still be expendable. Sometimes tend to forget the individual.

Pros

Decent 401k plan, ability to work almost anywhere in the United States. Stock price seems to always be on the rise. Alot of opportunites in Investments and home mortgage.

Cons

Rediculous sales goals in the retail bank. No sales ethics what so ever. They dont care about customers or employees. Constant turnover. Incompetent worthless management. Hourly micromanagement. Terrible commission structure.

Pros

They will erassign you to another job instead of laying you off if they can

Cons

Men get paid more than women (disparity); the goals are unrealistic and they are not transparent. They lie a lot. You can read an article in the paper about the company and they will tell you its not true, then in a week what was in the article will come to fruition.
