      Pros

      great benefits, great focus on work life balance. if you are looking for a secure 9-5 job and get a 3% raise every year this is the place for you!!

      Cons

      you have to aggressively manage your own career. you won't get promoted unless you threaten to leave with another offer or if you transfer to another position. management is inconsistent in terms of their standards for performance. there is some favoritism, a "boys club" mentality exists among the top execs so getting to that level means joining the club...

      Pros

      Large company, business comes to you. Good for beginners to get their experience and in the door, but beware of poor unguided management to prevent you from becoming great.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management, it seems nobody is managing the management. Make lots of friends, it is the only way to climb into other roles.

      Pros

      Name brand recognition. Looks great on the resume. If you are a salaried employee...you get a ton of vacation time...though you'd probably take a fraction of it.

      Cons

      Cutthroat competitive at times, the ones that ultimatly succeed are the ones who's moral compass doesn't point in the correct direction, worked there 2 years and didn't get a performance review, very sales centric environment...but company is so conservative that you have divergent interests (book loans, but decline everything in sight?), when you tell people you work here...not many have a really positive impression of this place.
