Pros

Great work life balance. Good benefits, 5 weeks of vacation. There is lots of opportunity to move around within the company and it's encouraged. Very fair. Formal review process. You always know where you stand.

Cons

Large company with decision making being slow and multi-leveled. It can take a while to get things done. Many people who work there have worked there for years. There seems to be a lot of dead weight. It can be difficult for those who aspire to move from the store branches to corporate offices.

Pros

They offer a decent base salary, considering it is a sales job. You also have set hours with some overtime required, but you can have a good work life balance and put in the time to be successful. It is a decent work envieronment. Most of the people I met at other offices and my own were generally younger. They recruit a lot of people right out of college, and most of the offices did offer a pretty fun environment, as long as, the office was doing well.

Cons

The products offered are not very competitive. They expect you to sell high rate, high fee products. It is an aggressive sales environment. The bonus structure could be better, especially when you look at the kinds of rates and fees you will be forced to sell. Managers get compensated based on the branches proffittability, so it benefits there bonus.
