      Pros

      People at the office are a joy to work with, home office support great, assistant support great, specialty products assistance is great. Great reputation in the industry and the array of products is more than adequate. Market reviews and expertise is at your fingertips, and they are not adverse to working with smaller accounts.

      Cons

      They play games sometimes with pre-paid commissions and more often than not, there are expenses in products that are not fully disclosed at different levels.

      The Wells Fargo name alone brings a lot of credibility. You know that there is security as far your job is concerned. Got the opportunity to meet with a lot of great people.

      Cons

      With it being such a large organization, you feel like you are lost in the mix. You have to make your presence felt. People will not know who you are unless you are always making yourself known.
