      Pros

      I work on the Financial side which has great opportunity for those who are willing to take there career into there own hands. If you want to be stuck going nowhere then it wouldn't be the position for you but for those who are self motivated, money hungry, and are looking to work in a company that rewards you for what you are worth to them, Wells fargo Financial is something you should check out.

      Cons

      Some basic downsides would be the amount of stress you can put on yourself to acheive your goals.

      The name recognition, the benfits are AWESOME and the job provides so much flexibilty to grow at your own pace. T recognitionhere is always potential to capture more business and the sky is the limit. The support of the management is good and they are always willing to go along to help you out when necessary. The name recognition is a large part of why my job is so easy to sell to everyone. The name is a security blanket in a field that is very unstable right now and cutomers and builders alike are more comfortable than ever coming to Wells Fargo!

      Pros

      It is a very well known company...known for their integrity, customer service and attention to detail. As an industry leader, it is good to have the name of Wells Fargo to back you up in this time of chaos in the industry.

      Cons

      The fact that after the loans are closed...the customer has to deal with a 1(800) number and a person not local. But that is what a major corporation deals with.
