Pros

I like the fact that Wells Fargo is very innovative in products and services to offer their customers and the Vision and Values that has been adopted for both the customers and team members. The upper management that i have had the opportunity to work for within Wells Fargo, allows the Store Managers to run their "store" or banking center in a way that they would run their own business. The good side to that is if you have an effective manager it works and of course the opposite holds true. This says so much about the opportunity to learn and grow with such an awesome company.

Cons

The goals for the stores should be based on the current market they serve and not just an increase of the previous year. If you work here, you'll understand what I mean!

Pros

Every aspect of Wells Fargo makes it a great place to work. All of the team members from Senior Management down are talented and amazing to work with. WF is a company that is all about developing its team and helping them be successful; all while focusing on the financial needs of its customers. I am proud to work here. I have been here 13 years and have had unlimited opportunities to develop and grow!

Cons

None come to mind. It is an amazing company.

Pros

GREAT resources. Challenging, but exciting. Impressive benefits package. Two weeks paid vacation & paid holidays. Recognition for a job well done. Regular raises (even though they're not big raises, more money is more money.) If you want to move up in the company, follow the formula and show them you're capable, and it'll happen for you sooner than later. Lastly, competitive products for customers. Wells Fargo doesn't fall behind in trends.

Cons

Positions at Wells Fargo are not paid as well as similar positions at other banks. Sales focused positions are very demanding. (When I was there, it was "2 a day")
