Pros
Wells Fargo Financial is division of Wells Fargo Co. dealing primarily with subprime markets. The Culture is great and promotes a very team oriented environment; the company looks for very competitive individuals and trains them intensively. The training is first notch and the culture and pride of place is bar none the best in the industry
Cons
Some of the downsides are that it is hard to grow within the company as in any sales job it is’ what have you done for me lately’. Also there are limited branches so unless you are ready to relocate you may have to wait some time before a promotion/branch opens even if you are exceeding your goals. Their seems to be also some stagnation in middle management so there is a big disconnect between those in the field and those in the office that have been largely promoted on based tenure, but will not go grow any further within the company. And like anything those in the field/sales role are the first to go and the last know…even though they produce revenue. Unless you’re at corporate head quarters it is 100% sales job. Branch Location and manager of that branch will play large part of you success or failure.
