Pros

Had a great experience with co-workers, decent salary, at times long hours because of ongoing issues in the regulatory area.

Cons

Although generally good, leaders had communication challenges particularly mid-level managers. It was tough to know what was going on or the direction of the company.

Pros

Good pay but that's about it

Cons

Wells Fargo has a reputation for unethical practices, and I strongly advise against recommending it to anyone. In fact, I witnessed numerous incidents with my previous manager, who fabricated stories to issue warnings to employees just to maintain her power. Higher management consistently sided with her. Without going into too much detail, consider how often this bank has been in the news or featured in Netflix documentaries for the same unethical behavior.
