      Pros

      Well management No pressure and No Target Best Canteen and it's facilities with Big and Beautiful Campus with voluptuous Office space inside. Ample number of Computers, well manged. Well Pick up and Drop Management. Awesome Employee eccentric Salary on first day of the month with benefits and perks in banks as employee.

      Cons

      As per my suggestion i don't found hard cons for the organization. But yes I must say they should look after their salary structure for the fresh Graduates as compare the leading Competitive Companies.
