      Pros

      There are many Pros, starting from the work culture to the office environment. Its very free place to work you don't have any office restriction like you have on other big Indian IT. One of the best place where you have one of the best work life balance. Over all I regret after quitting :)

      Cons

      Annual uprisal is where it only lag. It gives as per the standard Indian IT companies.
