      Pros

      Lot of exposure directly with clients, if you are good technically there is lot of scope to grow. Internal IT/HR processes are good as its more system dependant than on people. Career growth for performing individuals is good

      Cons

      Big sized projects , sometimes it becomes difficult to handle it if you don't have good support.
