Starting with the fact that I had to go from one training class to another simply because the equipment was never sent. I literally received an empty box with a keyboard. That was the first negative impression of the job. Followed by an excessive amount of training that was so rushed, and so poorly explained. No one in the class felt prepared to take real calls. The trainers were just ranting words and reading without any hands-on practice on how to navigate the systems and search for information. They also mentioned last minute after almost a month of training that we will be serving THREE clients with different rules and policies for each and the training for each was about 4 days worth with more ranting and dead air in the middle of the meeting. I had days of training were the trainers were not prepared, had tech issues, or misinforming us about a client and then correcting it and causing confusion. I tried handling calls and it was extremely difficult. I felt super unprepared and decided to not waste my time any further. Beware of this company.
