-They do no have a policy for providing or supporting employment permits. -Wipro might say its a permanent role but the contract will always be Fixed term based on your visa validity. -Every small query or enquiry takes at least 5 escalations to get an appropriate response. -2-3 senior management employees have left the organization because there is poor chain of management. -No appreciation for work performed.

Poor communications, poor internal controls. I was put on leave and never taken off for months even though I had returned to work. Your skill set is not properly matched for positions. They will refer you for roles tell you that you got the position and later let you know you didn't get it. Working at Wipro is not advised.
