      You don't have to take your work home with you.

      Cons

      Management is ridiculous, they make inane decisions and know nothing of the work. The deals they make with the contracted companies puts the agents in a bad spot and makes the goals unattainable. The team leads they promote have no management experience or training and they talk to their team in a very disrespectful manner. HR is a joke, they only sit and gossip with the team leads and already shoot you down when you go to them with issues. The building is infested. There is a clear divide between the agents and managers with their attitudes.

      Pros

      Workers who have been working here for a long time were really good at their jobs.

      Cons

      They got laid off only to be replaced by incompetent and useless Indian nationalities, most of which were brought from India to Canada. They said they are promoting "global talent" but all they hire are Indian workers. HR and other support teams always take a long time to action. You have to explain yourself over and over because they do not understand and clueless of what they are doing. Salary offered is too low for your workload. No salary or benefit increase when you get promoted. Just a change on responsibilities. The increase or change will come when you finish some sort of training which is pathetic and made by Indian workers. Grammar and knowledge all wrong.

      Pros

      They don’t pay their employees! There have been several times where they have lost or underpaid all of their employees and everyone has had to go weeks without getting paid. This is a disgusting company and HR only cares about themselves! They offer over time and won’t put it on your check as well. The management is very unprofessional as well as the environment. I wouldn’t recommend working here to my worst enemy.
