Laggard and a Glorified Bodyshop! Terrible for sales! Latam beware!
Pros
Can't think of too many reasons why one would work here, other than the fact that as a large company they have better than avg. health insurance and other benefits. If you are looking to just get by, then its a place you can park, and learn about various technologies.
Cons
I worked as a Sales Director in their Latam division from 2013 - 2015. It was a very poorly managed company that lagged its peers, had no clear straegy esp. in Latam, confusing org. charts, poor processes, and mediocre work quality at best. They also misrepresented my role during the interviews. I never got paid any sales commissions, got only a fraction of what I was promised, and after I put up a fight. Bad brand to be associated with too. I believe their US operations are slightly better, lagging behind peers.
