      transport policy at its worst

      government like job,no one to ask you if you are completing 9.5 hours. college like feel

      Cons

      Worst transport policy I ever seen. wipro encourage people to bring people their own vehicle and add more pollution and traffic in city. company provides just one side transport, either pick up or drop, so you end up coming by your own. Metrozip(its a company who provides charged transport facility) is not available on most of the routes, and they dont cater in night shift hours and too costly also. Transport policy encouraged me to leave this organization

      Pros

      The salary and bonus structure is about the only thing good about Wipro. Their expense policy is also good apart from they very slow to reimburse them. 

      Cons

      I found it very hard to work with Wipro, they give grand title here in the UK but no authority to do anything. They treat their off shore people who come on shore unbelievably bad.
