Bullying environment. Not people centric. Horrible place to work for. No ethics, integrity is just a goal on the wall and posters but not followed internally in the organisation nor while dealing with customers
Treats employees horribly bad, especially during notice period. Always overcommits to get the customer bids but no internal capability or adequate processes to deliver to the commitment. Sales team is excellent but delivery and management capabilities are pathetic. Always ends up paying penalty for multiple accounts and projects due to bad planning and management. Resources not utilised properly .
Worst of all, the organisation promise long term onsite but cuts basic salary after 2 years in uk to avoid tax. So beware. You may not get paid what you are promised nor what is in the salary slip.
HR function is a just puppet in the hands on upper management and in no way is employee centric. If you are looking for job satisfaction ,run away from this organisation. My honest opinion after 13 yrs of loyalty with this company.
