Pros
The training was very detailed. I was able to work from the comfort of my own home. Training was very extensive. Benefits were offered day one. Free life insurance policy. Accrued PTO starting day one.
Cons
The management was unprofessional. They’re systems and computers were always malfunctioning and employees were always blamed for it. Training team were unresponsive and rude if you did not always understand right away. Managers were rude and unresponsive. Staff never took accountability. Threatened with loss of job instead of warnings Too much work with low compensation
