      Pros

      It was wonderful working with Wipro Technologies for almost 5.4 yrs. The policies initially were employee centric. The learning environment which Wipro provides through the mandatory trainings is really good. It motivates employee to cross skill themselves in their interesting areas and push themselves to their next level. It also has soft skill trainings which help employees in customer facing roles.

      Cons

      Every company has its on cons and it changes from project to project, account to account. The remuneration is pretty less compared to the role which is being taken by an employee. Yearly hike is very less and work from home option is not mentioned in their policies. Onsite opportunity purely depends on luck and not on capability.

      Pros

      Great People. Interesting projects, if you know the people who are involved in order to ask them to participate. Flexibility. Nice office space. Fancy equipment to work with. Travelling is not too much. Good remuneration package

      Cons

      Not your place if you are creative, agile, innovative, a problem solver. No team spirit. No learning curve. even they try to be design-led, they are vertical-driven. Too many politics. It helps if you are friend with someone with power. No communication or collaboration with Designit. No promotions, no salary raises.
