      Pros

      Could not find any during this period. Pros all came from end client, WiPro was a bottle neck.

      Cons

      This company is engaged in incredibly unethical business practices. Get ready to deal with a company that will lie, ignore communications, and test boundaries to see what they can get away with. Also get ready to deal with a company who's management will prioritize their personal vacation time over critical issue for clients. I have seen bad practices before, but this was a whole new level. Avoid if possible.

      No pros at all ..Worst management.

      Management lends a deaf ear....Not a employee friendly company ....Worst company for people who want to make their career....pls stay away folks .....senior guys in senior practice head roles don't listen to u....It is service oriented firm busy making money and donating to charity ....IT DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF ITS EMPLOYEES OR HARNESS THEIR GROWTH.You will ruin your career if u join this firm....Please stay away guys.Please this is an humble request from an ex employee who has suffered and been threatened by management....You go overseas and if u wish to leave firm after a few months management demands huge amount from your end and HR THREATENS YOU.. to spoil your career. No increase in pay you get only babaji ka thullu...You slog and management eats the cake ....Premji has made billions but his own employees are a bunch of poor destitutes....Charity begins at home which management does not realize .Management has made lot of money whereas u work for mangers who know nothing....

      Irresponsible management for offering jobs

      Pros

      I cant write any pros ,they rejected my offer even after meeting all criteria as told during drive

      Cons

      Even after selecting they don't issue offer letter to selected candidates and may reject offer citing some irrelevant reason of not meeting eligibility criteria,that was not told during drive. Wasted almost 7 months waiting for this rubbish management,even they dint issue offer letter.
