      Pros

      I am finding it difficult to come with many strengths for this employer. The only thing that comes to mind is the variable compensation for consultants with a revenue target.

      Cons

      Wipro is a very short sighted company that does not value its people. Training was non-existant and the organization felt unstable. Huge amounts of productive time was wasted because of ineficient processes and a lack of investment in key systems. Many projects required double the amount of manpower than should have been required becuase of quality control issues.
