      This company doesn't have any processes,even though they claim to be the first CMMi level 5 company in the world. There is no place for merit and things work purely based on knowing senior guys. They don't take any care of employee even when an employee is joining or leaving (these are 2 times when any company gives the highest importance to any employee in my experience).

      iI think it is the worst company with the worst people ever, Without good education, no manner and and no morality whats so ever, I advice everyone to avoid this company.

      For entry level hires, good luck finding a reason to stay

      Fortunately it's very easy to get hired as an entry level hire here Interview process isn't too bad Management is selling more and more projects, so always opportunities to shine

      Cons

      Salary is ok relative to other comparable positions Management is very rigid, not very innovative There is a very high turnover rate in the Houston office Some of the management here is very harsh in their dealings with their employees Because this company is the low cost consulting firm, don't expect very prestigious projects and opportunities and/or very long engagements
