      Worst.......Worst.......Company in the World.....BE CAREFULL BEFORE DEALING WITH WIPRO!!!

      Pros

      good for freshers, because of high attrition in Wipro there will be always oppurtunity for freshers.

      Cons

      1. Very...very...very... less pay 2. company polices are horrible, always meant to screw employees 3. work culture is very poor, even expect you to work on every holidays and week ends 4. poor management, nobody knows how to manage people and project. 5. management always lie to the customer and poor employees suffer 6. very cheap service for the money they ask for the customer 7. No future objectives and planning I worked for 5 years and found nothing good in this company

      Pros

      Growth oriented and aggressive attitude. These people want to expand and make money, so if you are interested in fast growth, Wipro is a great place to go.

      Cons

      Salary is based on your visa status. So if you are on L-1 visa, then you are bonded labor and would end up getting paid atleast 10k less than H1 visa holders. Considering that you would not have a personal life left after all the onsite-offshore coordination calls done after 9pm, there is neither respect nor reward.
