      Good place with lots of opportunity, choose if you prefer career over money.A good experience for technical people

      Pros

      Good to build/begin a career with, very good work experience. You will get a slice of every thing if you can turn a blind eye to some niggling aspect related to compensation .Any technology under the sun is welcome here, new stuff gets in very quickly.Excellent place if you like technology and are willing to put in some hard work for it, Walk the other way if you are more money oriented , not the place for you.

      Cons

      Low on compensation benefits, does not offer competitive pay even to good employees, retention polices not so good @ the moment , prefers to hire new employee than holding back old hands,.HR recruitment , retention and appraisal system are totally disconnected and don't work together.

      Familiar & Comfortable culture for those who come from other Indian IT companies Good for freshers to start More job security, given that they have a bench which MNC's don't have Helps employees become disciplined and understand the value of hard-work and integrity

      Not very god paymaster Lack of HR transparency
