* Very good colleagues. * Fair management. * Scope to learn a lot because of the wonderful work done by Talent Transformation team. * Very process oriented - maybe one of the very few companies where process is more emphasized than manager's opinion or personal favourism * Fair hike process, fair treatment to all employees * They give respect to every individual strating from the servant who gets you filled water bottles till VP * Working in Wipro especially in Talent Acquisition team under the leadership of Pradeep Bahirwani was the best experience in my career ever!
