      Pros

      It is a place where you can innovate, improve, change the "mindset" in development. Since it is very big company, which attends to stagnate in technology that has worked for many years. It serves much as an springboard, is a company that serves for growth and popularity. It is a huge company They have a competitive salary, good compensation (medical insurance, bonds, etc)

      Cons

      The most part of the work is done in India, the work schedule is not fixed and occasionally you have to adjust their time (8 pm - 12 pm) for any meeting or clarification you have to do. Like any large company, you have to get noticed (usually not that easy)

      Pay on time, depending on manager it can be good or bad, compensation over the law

      Cons

      Pay its poor Management its even worse most of the time, no real focus on customer, just want to get metrics Very strict code inside Upper management will do anything to get a good face
