      Pros

      Global Company with revenue in the billions. Generally up to date technology. Exceptionally well at deceit from the top. Payscale is average unless you are working for the same friend that got you your job.

      Cons

      Exceptionally well at deceiving from the top. Takes a lot to get hired, takes a single not so good quarter to be laid off or sold.. The people responsible for layoffs has never heard your name. They have a habit of laying off the top names in an Excel file sorted by salary, regardless of seniority, knowledge of their area of expertise, or how many hours above and beyond to keep things running smoothly within their group.

      Pros

      Some people are good to work with. This company has a lower cost base, so customer pricing is very competitive.

      Cons

      -Everyone is nere a resource on a spreadhseet, there is no human element -Cost base is low, as a result quality of manpower is also very low (apple v/s android kind of situation) -Every day i feel like i am working for the most disastrous company in the world, dont feel like staying here and progressing further -Sales team is full of idiots, all chatter no actual on-ground achievement -HR is the worst -APMEA CEO Anis Chenchah is the worst leader i have ever known -Father’s company being led by son, hardly any professionalism -Paternity leaves are peanuts -Mindless hiring and firing
