terrible managers who get in due to nepotism. don’t care about employees in any way and only want you to come into offices so people think there’s actual workers. will always lie to you and contract you out to companies by paying you 1/4 or 1/5 of the price. no raises. no advancements. no growth.

1. No one is concerned about you, only thing they care about is revenue. So, they don't consider whether you like the technology or not. Whether there is growth for you here. The only thing matters for them is money. 2. Managers are the dumbest person ever. They don't know anything about project. And those are the one who will rate you at the end of year. 3. If you want to raise your concern, no one is there to listen. only your manager will be heard. Whichever level you go to, delivery manager, client partner but no one listens. 4. No one focus on your learning whether you are capable or not. They are having very dumb projects. In these projects you will forget, whatever you have learned earlier. 5. You will not be released from a baad project as well, whether you want or not. You have to resume at end. 6. The only advice I will give is, if your are technical. Please don't join these companies. Try for small startups instead, atleast you will get to learn something, which will help you in career.
