      They have interesting projects and clientele.

      Cons

      I was hired for my ability to raise the bar on the code quality produced by their iOS team, but met huge resistance from both their clients and their younger engineers when trying to implement changes. It was never made clear to me what, as they expected of me, and my attempts to actually lead were not supported by management.

      Pros

      In Wizeline there is an implicit philosophy to take care of the employees in a never seen way, we can talk about professional growth, life-work balance and a real consideration for employee's families. The work environment is excellent, innovative, modern and friendly; you feel comfortable to work here in your first week. The company offers you the opportunity to learn new technologies and move to another area/project as the need arise.

      In some cases (emphasis in some cases), some employees don't value the benefits that this company offers.

      Good offices, talented people (the ones remaining)

      -There's no clear direction at the moment. C-levels are as lost as always shoving down AI buzzwords down everyone's throats with no clear strategy. The new CEO has been MIA for over a month. The CTO has always been MIA. The CPO is from Marketing, like her predecessor that was from Legal (so much for a company that values people at its core). -Raises are extremely low if they are approved at all. Congratulations on your promotion! Here's your 3% raise.
