Cons
The company has gone through numerous organizational changes. To start, none of the founding team members, other than the CEO, are part of the company. So naturally the culture has been changing from being a collaborative and horizontal organization to a traditional cascading organization, where the opinions of the wizeliners are no longer so important. It seems like now it's all about making Wizeline bigger as a company, and what once made this company so special -a great collection of self-reliant, proactive, and talented people - now fades into targets blinded by numbers. I used to love this team. I truly hope Wizeline realize what they're doing and bring back the spirit of what used to be called "Wizeliners". Bring back the people that cares about others.
