      Pros

      - Some benefits may be attractive to you (prepaid medical services, parking, etc) - Some of the things you will enjoy most will be Wizeline people and sharing with them - Events & community (there's always a "but" I will put below)

      Cons

      - Bureaucracy - The fake "people-oriented" image they share, at this moment with the crisis in the industry, showed his true face. - All communication problems about relevant company decisions; especially from the leadership team (E-staff).

      too many changes are happening now, mostly groing pains, but there is no room for complains, no one will listen. If you are looking for a steady job, dont choose wizeline.

      Cons

      Unstable job. Their decision changes so fast and they end up firing good talent. Talent retention is a lie. Currently they fired managers and are compelling L4 and L5 Enginners to have Direct Reports.
