      - The salaries are very competitive in the region. - A lot of benefits & facilities. - The feedback culture. - There are really good engineers there. - Wizeline is a very good company for your resume. - Some people in the leadership really care for the people, and mental health. - It is a place where you can get professional and mental growth. - Wizeline is a company that is open to hear, learn, and improve. - It supports your initiatives and ideas inside the company.

      Cons

      - There are a lot of gossips that can demotivate to the people, some people that were very happy with working in Wizeline, are getting mad or even leaving the company, not because they personal experience, but because of the negativeness on the gossips. - The recognition of the people who work extra-hours incentivizes a bad work-life balance. - Sometimes the developers bear the brunt of product owners negativity. - The exchanging of awesome nominations, gives much visibility to some people, for the wrong reason
