      The culture in Wizeline is awesome. You can have fun time while you work. Wizeline is a great opportunity to work in different projects and each project is different with a lot of knowledge.

      Wizeline is a growing company, there are a lot of changes and you need to adopt it.

      Pros

      * Wizeline main focus is to provide people to do companies in the USA mostly. * Wizeline's strategy to retain people is just to throw a bunch on benefits. * Sadly good talent has been hired and it's been wasted on poor challenging projects.

      Cons

      * Key leaders have left constantly the company in the last 5 months (People Ops, Delivery, UX). * Traditional management and poor leadership are an everyday conversation. * Old employees are entitled; political relationships and gossip are all around. * Wizeline says they are a product company, which is absolutely false, since they lack processes and a methodology to do so. * Sadly the CEO (Bismarck) is far away from the business. Focus on one thing. * The CTO (Vidal) has no idea what he is doing, lacks customer, services and technology experience; has very poor leadership skills. * Sales will sale anything to any customer.

      Pros

      I've had great jobs but this one is the best, by far. They have great projects, you are encouraged to give your opinion and recommendations, the team listens to you. And there are oportunities to keep learning, certifications, courses, english classes.

      Cons

      None so far. Many people complain about changing processes, but this is just proof that Wizeline is working on improving.
