      Although improved over the last year, there are still a lot of management processes under development. Wizeline still has some rough edges that would be fixed already at older companies.

      Lots of change in a growing company, which can cause distraction for us Processes don't match the size yet, but managers are working on it Sometimes disconnected from other offices like Vietnam A few bad attitudes that shouldn't be at the company, but managers don't act

      - As any other company that is growing as fast as Wizeline, we still have a lot of room for improvements in some of our processes, so we can guarantee having a healthy company when we’re double the size
