      Good benefits for the Mexican market, great people to learn from.

      Cons

      Bad communication between business teams and subject matter experts lead to a bad market fit. That triggered massive layoffs were they let go the subject matter experts that could help with that market fit gap.

      - Great culture - Good Perks - Great growth/dev opportunities

      Cons

      - Weak management. Lots of young inexperienced folks trying to 'lead' projects but mostly creating a chaos in the process. - Very weak delivery standards mainly due to sales-to-delivery gaps Overpowered Client Partners (sales people) with huge arrogance and very little ownership of the transition process for deliviery, which creates stress/strain and many resignations in EVERY project! - Business Collaboration Model You are rented out to another company. Your true quality of life will depend on the customer's work style. Needless to say, most clients see you as a second-class employee.
