      Pros

      The company cares to create a culture that elevates its talent. Great opportunities to learn from people or just by the internal course offerings, even possiblity to get certified in one of the major cloud providers. Communication is easy in the organization. Great work-life balance, but I've heard that this might be dependant on your specific project.

      Cons

      Since the growth of the company of so fast, some processes are still in progress to be clearly defined. It's not that big of a con, however.
