Pros
This is the best company I've ever worked for, and it's not just because of the amazing opportunities I get everyday to learn and grow in my career. I'm proud to work here, knowing that Wizeline is changing people's lives across the globe through programs like Academy, Apprenticeships, Women in Leadership, etc. and, of course, offering amazing career opportunities pretty much anywhere now that we've expanded to many remote locations. The company culture is exceptional, and there is very little bureaucracy or drama to bog you down. People genuinely want what's best for one another, and they are happy and proud to work at Wizeline. It's contagious, and the company's virtual events and communities keep everyone connected even during the pandemic. Plus, the Marketing team is full of superstars. For a small-ish team, our output (content, ABM, social, video, sales enablement, customer marketing, design, etc.) is insane! And the quality is amazing. I'm consistently blown away by the talent, thoughtfulness, and commitment of my colleagues to do great, highly strategic work. Seven months in, I feel fortunate and proud to work here, and I'm really excited to see what the future holds for the company and the Marketing team. I have no doubt big things are in store.
Cons
The growth definitely comes with challenges, especially on a team like Marketing where we're stretched to serve an ever-growing number of stakeholders. Things are going to continue to break at scale, but the people we have are so smart and committed to finding solutions, I'm confident we'll figure it out.
