      Pros

      Since I started at Wizeline it has been a great experience, the company has grown from 20 employees to 200 in less than 3 years. The culture is very unique for a Mexican environment, you get to be very independent to make all the important decisions, that make you be very responsible for your work and give you empowerment.

      Cons

      When someone leaves Wizeline is because they usually got a job at Google. We work with very talented people.

      Fast-paced, quickly growing startup

      Pros

      - The founder has previous experience building and selling a successful company. The management team is also made up of people with diverse backgrounds. Compared to the other two startups I've worked for, Wizeline has far fewer hiccups and frustrating episodes caused by lack of experience. - I've seen Wizeline grow from a handful of people to 200 and counting, and in that time many employees have been promoted to newly opened positions or have switched teams/projects that better align with their interests. It's awesome to work for a company that's open to internal promotions and lateral moves. - Client-focused startup. I like working on things that impact a client right away and seeing this process up close at an early stage company. - Healthy culture and fun work environment: amazing co-workers, free meals, good coffee and snacks, and lots of optional team activities like basketball, frisbee, language classes, tech talks, and happy hours.

      Cons

      - The company is growing fast in multiple ways: ~10 people starting a week, 3 offices (San Francisco, Guadalajara, Ho Chi Minh City) and counting, onboarding new projects and clients frequently. It can be stressful.

      Pros

      - Talent is everywhere, from HR and Recruiting teams to Engineering and Management. - Upper management is not so 'up,' they work closely with you and are always available for a chat. - The type of solutions that the company develops are very exciting: AI, ChatBots, Big Data. - Great working environment and incredible compensations and benefits.

      Cons

      It's still at 'startup' level, that means some internal management processes need to be polished.
