Pros

Beautiful Offices, catering and gym.

Cons

- Salary adjustments or promotions are a total joke, there are folks that received 0% salary increase after their promotion. - The new CEO basically killed all of the internal projects, there's nothing to do and learn inside of Wizeline. - There are no managers, forget about management career ladder here. - Leadership is totally incompetent, attrition rates are soaring and they are letting people go that are assigned to a project, hurting the morale, mental health of the survivors and their reputation with clients - Higher management only hire ex-Globant, with the worse manners, lack of empathy and cringe-worthy ChatGPT boilerplate answers for everything. - No one is safe, even if you are assigned to a project, if you dare to question the stupid decisions from the executives you're out, even if you propose new things to improve the company. - ALL of the employees need to wake up everyday with job insecurity, affecting commitment and productivity. - Andres Angelani (the new CEO) only came to bury down below this company, with lack of transparency and leadership - All of the mindboggling bad decisions of the executives are just plain 'CORPORATE GREED'.

Pros

Good client pool, challenging projects and industry standard perks and benefits.

Cons

Current CEO and leadership team are censoring anyone who dares to speak up against the current state of affairs inside the company; any and all instances of vocal discomfort are met with immediate termination of those involved (even if you are under contract with a client). This has created an environment of uncertainty and uneasiness around those who remain because it's a clear gag order. Furthermore, the new CEO made clear that one of the company values: Community, is not a priority, undermining everything done to foster a great place to be in and engage with your peers. Key roles in leadership where laid off (all women, take that as you may) and new organizational structure is yet to be defined.

Pros

It has a flexible schedule, and coworkers are nice.

Cons

Sometimes, you´ll have to deal with difficult clients who want you to stay late and deliver work that is out of scope quickly.
