Pros

THE PEOPLE, highly skilled and talented professionals, you'll learn a lot. The monthly events are fun. Fondo de ahorro is a great benefit (in Mexico), also Wizeline Academy gives you a lot of support for certifications and courses.

Cons

At some point in 2022 everything went downhill: hiring new managers, cutting off their mental health benefit without notice, going from full remote to hybrid, they forgot their Junior-focused developer program and then the 'Wizeline culture' was no more. Their staffing "strategy" is a mess and obviously it has a direct impact on their bench: if you're there, most probably you'll be off the company in weeks, they don't care if you've been upskilling, contributing to internal initiatives, or mentoring. Layoffs in multiple departments every quarter: if you're lucky, you'll have a meeting with a manager, in other cases, a random person will fire you, and 5 minutes later your Macbook will be turned off.
