Pros

Just above the average perks offered by any other consultancy company, good salary for 5-6 years ago, now it is not competitive.

Cons

It used to be a good company but due to poor decisions by the Staff it is now one of the worst places to work, there is no career growth, there is a lot of micromanaging, a policy of fear of being fired if you are not on a project and they do not take care of the employee.

Pros

I came to Wizeline 5 years ago following a career spent at several large media and entertainment companies where a highlight had been supporting so many incredibly creative people. In my previous role as an executive at HBO Latam, I knew two things - that technology was the future for every company, including media companies, and that I was ready to invest my time in an emerging company. I chose Wizeline for its founder, Bismarck Lepe, the opportunity to build upon a unique culture in a secular growth market of digital engineering services and the ability to support engineers who are some of the most creative storytellers I have ever worked with, telling the stories of how we will live our lives online in a digital world. A key asset of Wizeline is its authentic, talent-first culture that values people who are bright, entrepreneurial, creative, curious, passionate and driven by a higher purpose. Wizeline’s culture is marked by the trust and autonomy Wizeliners have to create the culture and company they want for themselves. The culture is incredibly inclusive, where talent feels open enough to bring creativity and a diverse perspective to their work - this is where real innovation happens. And Wizeline’s culture is also one that values contributions made to the broader community, in building a strong tech ecosystem for all.

Cons

Wizeline recently experienced tremendous growth over a relatively short period of time. With this fast growth came challenges in preserving our culture - ensuring that we hire the right talent, that new talent understands what makes Wizeline unique and what it means to be a Wizeliner. Another challenge came when Wizeline experienced macroeconomic headwinds that slowed growth down. Now Wizeline is getting back to growth. With positive changes it has made and great opportunities presented by AI, Wizeline is well positioned and a really wonderful choice for talent to grow their careers and be part of a meaningful community and success story.
