      Pros

      - Good opportunities to growth professional. - A lot of trainings. - Very interesting and challenging projects. - Good management communication. - Top notch hardware (as of 2020, they gave me a brand new MacBook Pro 16”).

      Cons

      The Queretaro office is the downtown which could be very problematic for some of us. I think they will allow locals to work remotely but it hasn’t been confirmed yet.

      Wizeline is one of the best technology companies to work for in Mexico, not only for the economic remuneration it offers, but also for its work environment and culture, they are all very friendly, make you feel welcome and support you with any impediment. Likewise, they promote the knowledge and development of their employees with initiatives such as Wizeline Academy, educational content platforms, etc. And finally, they have a very cool and fun culture, they do integration events continuously. It is a great honor to be a Wizeliner !!
