      - Coworkers. - Opportunity to participate in diverse industries. - An evident interest from some technical people to do things well. - Flexibility.

      Cons

      - No active investment in Engineering training; There is a Wizeline Academy, but when there are no opportunities for some technology, it is easier to fire people and hire new ones than to look for them actively, give them security and train them. - Significant reduction in employee benefits. - Lack of honesty when making decisions that impact the entire company. - Not all people in leadership positions can lead. Many disregard their responsibilities and deliver to deliver.
