      Standard benefits, remote work, nice culture

      Cons

      No stability, you get assigned to any project even if you don't fit. Want to please clients even if they have a negative work culture.

      Pros

      I had a fantastic Manager and incredibly talented colleagues. The culture was top-notch, and you get treated with a ton of respect and receive full autonomy and trust to do your job. Everyone at Wizeline is always willing to help you and lend support. The teams are passionate about their jobs and bringing value to the table. This was an amazing place to work. I was impacted by a layoff recently or I can honestly say, I would've loved to have kept working here for several more years. I loved my job and my team.

      Good benefits for the Mexican market, great people to learn from.

      Cons

      Bad communication between business teams and subject matter experts lead to a bad market fit. That triggered massive layoffs were they let go the subject matter experts that could help with that market fit gap.
