It is not as good as it used to be, but still not the worst
Pros
- It is still a not that bad company where to work at if you get assigned to a project (become billable). - There are still a few nice perks (they have been reduced with time) - They still have good salaries, not the highest but neither the lowest
Cons
- If you fall in in the bench (no client project assigned) you will be mosts probably fired if Wizeline cannot find you one soon. - Several layoffs in the last year without notice or advise to those affected (you arrive one morning and suddenly email doesn't open). - Going to offices is mandatory, no more remote work allowed if you live in a city where there are offices. - It's hard to get a promotions. - Annual salary increases don't compensate inflation, hence, salaries are shrinking. - They removed managers and are asking everyone to become "mentors" to compensate that. - No more equity offered.
