      -culture and values are promoted and lived inside -flexibility to work with a hybrid modality -support diversity and inclusion -free courses, workshops, and certifications with wizeline academy

      Cons

      I really enjoy working at Wizeline, at the moment I would not add cons.

      Pros

      Work life management is fair although it depends in the project you are assigned to. Nice offices if you like to go to office (which I don't) slight benefits above law

      Cons

      The "forced" change into hybrid which requires 3 days per week in the office. Promotion process constantly changing and a lot of bureaucracy in order to get a higher level. Benefits above law used to be remarkable, now is like any other consultancy company. Feedback is sometimes neglected and not really taken into account. Used to be a top consultancy company, now it's just another one.
