      Good place for juniors to get experience and get out ASAP

      - Catered meals - You can find some nice people working there - Good for juniors to gain experience

      Cons

      - A lot of juniors on project management/lead positions - There is no real growth - Lack of interesting projects - Most of the code of existing projects is a real mess - They care more about having you sitting on your desk for 10+ hours than about the work you do - The culture has been lost due to fast company growth, they hire a lot of unexperienced people with really different work culture - Not a good place for experienced engineers - Lots of micro-management everywhere

      Perks and benefits. Culture and work environment. They provide you with good quality equipment

      Cons

      Project Managers and Managers are only interested in the clients necessities and will sacrifice you for them if necessary. Your experience in this company depends entirely on which client you are assigned to. They will demand that you go to the office at least 3 times a week even if your work can entirely be done remotely. It's almost impossible to get to a new level or better salary, it's easier to just look for another job. They demand that you fulfill the responsibilities of the higher role for a year before paying you for it.

      Nothing extra than an average tech company.

      Cons

      Hybrid mode, Wizeline cares more about the client and the money than the workers, the don't listen to feedback, the sell you the company as something that is not true, the experience really relies on how good or bad project your are working on.
