Pros

Wizeline functions still very closely like a startup. It can be messy at times, but this is great if you like flexible environments. In my case I've always found support to change things, and I think most people try to honor wizeline values of innovation (trying new things), ownership (you are empowered to change things if you want it) and community. Wizeline has been growing a lot, so there are also a lot of opportunities to advance your career. In my experience getting a promotion is achievable at Wizeline, and in my 4 years here I've had 2 promotions and 1 lateral change.

Cons

Your experience at Wizeline will largely depend on the account and team you are placed on. Some accounts are more demanding than others, and not all managers follow Wizeline values, since the company has been growing a lot. You can find allies outside your team, but for new hires, I can understand this option may not be apparent or easy to find.

Pros

I love to see engineers and designers grow at a people-centric organization like Wizeline. In my years here, I have seen people leave to become founders of other companies or take leading roles in global organizations such as Microsoft, AWS, and Google, to name a few. In general, people leaving Wizeline don't go to other Technology Service Providers, and that is because, in its space, there aren't many companies that can give talent as many opportunities to master and own their career development as it happens here. We live in a free world, and seeing people grow makes us proud, thanks to the years spent with us.

Cons

This is a space for people willing to be part of building a company. It's a fast pace environment where there are great things in place, some that can be improved and some that still need to be built. If you are the kind of person that enjoys contributing to building an organization, this is a great place. If you are more of the person that wants to receive instructions for everything, this is probably not for you
