Lots of young inexperienced folks trying to 'lead' projects but mostly creating a chaos in the process. - Very weak delivery standards mainly due to sales-to-delivery gaps Overpowered Client Partners (sales people) with huge arrogance and very little ownership of the transition process for deliviery, which creates stress/strain and many resignations in EVERY project! - Business Collaboration Model You are rented out to another company. Your true quality of life will depend on the customer's work style. Needless to say, most clients see you as a second-class employee.
