Pros

The culture was easily the number one asset that drove the success of the broader Woodmac team. Analysts, Consultants, Marketing, and sales all collaborated well, shared success and challenges and time and time again worked towards the common goal of company success. Certainly wasn't a perfect company but easily the best experience of my career.

Cons

The matrix structure was often confusing, but this was easily overcome by the collaborative culture.

Pros

Great atmosphere in the company. Lots of people willing to help and lots of opportunities to move abroad. Offices are nice and in good locations. Great place to learn.

Cons

Pay is not as good as working at the banks or at a big consultancy or financial services firm. The work as an analyst can be repetitive but you can make it more interesting - its down to you
